Chris Chester

2006 · Round 2 · Pick 56 · OL · Baltimore Ravens

Chris Chester was born in Tustin, California. At Tustin High School he was a two-way standout and Rivals rated him the No. 8 tight end in the country. He played tight end at Oklahoma for three years, switched to offensive line as a senior, and graduated with a political science degree in 2006. Baltimore drafted him in the second round, 56th overall, in 2006, and he played five seasons for the Ravens. In 2008 they briefly moved him back to tight end, switching his number from 65 to 48. He started all 64 games of his four seasons in Washington (2011–2014). He then started for Atlanta, including on the 2016 team that reached Super Bowl LI. He played 169 NFL games with 143 starts and is retired.
