Kendal Daniels
2026 · Round 4 · Pick 134 · LB · Atlanta Falcons
Kendal Daniels is from Beggs, Oklahoma. He played basketball at Beggs High before joining the football team as a sophomore. He became the state's top-ranked recruit and the nation's No. 5 safety, but Oklahoma rescinded its offer late in the process. He signed with Texas A&M, then flipped to Oklahoma State. As a 2022 starter for the Cowboys he made 45 tackles and three interceptions, including a game-sealing pick of Texas' Quinn Ewers with eight seconds left, and he was named Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year and second-team All-Big 12. He transferred to Oklahoma in January 2025, and Atlanta drafted him in the fourth round, 134th overall, in 2026. He is active with the Falcons. Tidbit: he was picked for the 2021 All-American Bowl, which was cancelled because of COVID-19. (His Wikipedia article has no OU stats.) The Oklahoman wrote on January 10, 2025: "As the No. 1 player in Oklahoma in the 2021 recruiting class, the Sooners were always one of the top schools on Beggs High School star Kendal Daniels' list."
